These terms apply to AdAce Ads at https://ads.adace.website, provided by FOP Verbovetskyi Mykhailo Ivanovych, doing business as Ad Ace Agency. The operator's representative is Mykhailo Verbovetskyi, founder.
1. Purpose
The service helps agencies and advertisers manage ads on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Microsoft Advertising: performance, tracking audits, change proposals and execution of approved changes, an AI analyst and connections for AI clients.
2. Account
An account with a verified email address is required. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Report any loss of control over your account immediately. The workspace owner is responsible for team members' access.
3. Connecting accounts and services
Connections are made only through the platforms' official consent screens. Connect only ad accounts, properties and websites you are legally entitled to use. Users must follow the policies of Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Microsoft.
4. Changes to ads
Changes are executed only as proposals approved by a human, or under a client policy configured by the workspace owner (within limits and for reversible actions only). The user makes all decisions about ad budgets and settings. Data is shown as returned by the platform; if a platform is unavailable or returns incomplete data, the service says so.
5. AI
Answers of the AI analyst and AI clients may be inaccurate; review them before acting. The AI never approves changes by itself.
6. Plans and payment
The Free plan has no time limit and works within its limits. Paid plans (Plus, Pro, Max) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app under “Settings → Plan & billing”: the plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the workspace moves to Free. Prices and limits are shown there before payment; we give at least 30 days' notice of a price change, and the new price applies from the next period.
The “+5 ad accounts” add-on is billed monthly together with the plan. The one-time “+100 AI questions” pack is valid until the end of the current plan period and does not carry over.
7-day money-back guarantee. If a paid plan is not right for you, write to info@adace.website within 7 days of the first plan payment in the workspace, and we will refund that payment in full; the workspace then moves to Free. The guarantee applies once per workspace and covers the plan payment; later monthly payments and one-time packs already used are not refunded, except where the law requires it. The guarantee does not apply if the workspace was suspended for violating these terms.
7. Advertising rules and prohibited use
Ads you create or change through the service must comply with the law and with the advertising platforms' policies, including the Google Ads policies and Meta Advertising Standards, as well as the policies of LinkedIn, TikTok and Microsoft. It is prohibited to:
- advertise prohibited products and services, or restricted ones without the platform's authorization (gambling, medicines, weapons, adult content, financial schemes promising “guaranteed income” and the like);
- engage in fraud, phishing or malware, publish fake news or reviews, use celebrities' names without permission or make misleading promises;
- cloak pages for moderation: show the platform's review one page and people another, including through redirects or traffic-filtering services, or change the link or page of an approved ad to different content;
- circumvent platform suspensions and restrictions: connect new or third-party accounts in place of suspended ones, change details to hide a connection with a suspended advertiser, or use ad accounts without a legal right to them;
- attempt to access others' data, bypass the service's access restrictions or overload the service with automated requests beyond the set limits.
For their first 14 days new workspaces have starter limits: the number of new campaigns per day and the total daily budget of campaigns created through the service; the service administration may lift them earlier. The service automatically checks the status of connected accounts, disapproved ads and the pages ads lead to in order to detect violations early.
8. Liability
The workspace owner (the advertiser or agency) is responsible for ad content, the websites ads lead to and compliance with advertising platform policies. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. The operator is not liable for the user's advertising decisions, for actions of advertising platforms or for their outages.
9. Suspension and termination
You may disconnect ad accounts and delete your account at any time. Disconnecting erases stored access tokens and asks the platform to revoke the permission.
The operator may, at any time and without prior notice, restrict or suspend a workspace (freeze ad changes through the service), disconnect ad accounts, revoke API keys and AI client access or close the account if these terms or advertising platform policies are violated, if there is a reasonable suspicion of this, or if an advertising platform requires it. Payment for the current period is not refunded in that case, except where the law requires it.
At the request of Google, Meta, another advertising platform or an authorized government body, the operator may share information about a workspace's activity: the change log, ad links and texts, connected accounts.
10. Contact
Send questions about these terms to info@adace.website. To report ads that violate the rules and were created through the service, use the Report abuse page. The Ukrainian version prevails in case of discrepancies.
