Start hiring in three steps

  1. Create a free workspace and connect your Google Ads and Meta accounts.
  2. Open Campaigns → Templates, pick “Truck driver hiring (USA)” and the languages you need.
  3. Put the lead script on your landing page and mark candidates in Telegram as they reply.

Questions and answers

Can I advertise truck driver jobs on Google Ads?

Yes. Search campaigns for job-related keywords work well for driver recruiting. In the US and Canada Google limits personalized targeting for job ads — for example by age, gender or ZIP code — so campaigns rely on keywords, locations and languages. Check Google's current policy before launch.

Do I need the Meta employment category?

Meta asks advertisers to declare a special ad category for job ads, which limits some targeting options. AdAce Ads never sets it on its own: you choose it when you create a campaign.

Which languages are supported?

The hiring template and the AI text assistant cover English, Russian, Ukrainian and Spanish. Landing page links can carry a language parameter in one click.

How do you measure cost per hire?

The lead script records which campaign a messenger or call lead came from. When a recruiter marks the lead as interview or hired, the service counts the cost per interview and per hire and sends the result to Google Ads and Meta as conversions.

Do you store candidates' names or phone numbers?

No. Only technical marks are stored: channel, page, UTM tags and click identifiers. Leads are deleted after 90 days.

How much does it cost?

You can start free: the Free plan includes two ad accounts and 50 calls from AI assistants a month. Paid plans start at $29 a month. Your ad budget is paid to Google and Meta directly, as usual.
