Meta Ads management

Meta Ads management for Facebook and Instagram, with approvals

AdAce Ads connects to your Meta ad accounts, shows results the way Ads Manager counts them and prepares changes as proposals. New campaigns start paused, and budgets and statuses change only after you approve.

What Meta Ads management covers

Meta Ads management means looking after Facebook and Instagram advertising: choosing an objective, building audiences and creatives, watching cost per result, fixing delivery problems and moving budget towards what works.

AdAce Ads does the reading and the preparation. It pulls spend, reach, frequency and cost per result for the event your ad set optimizes for, checks the Meta pixel and explains delivery statuses in plain language.

When a change is needed, such as a new campaign, a different budget or a paused ad, it appears as a proposal. You review the before and after values and approve it. If you are new to the topic, the guide on how much Facebook ads cost is a good first read.

What AdAce Ads does for Facebook and Instagram ads

Results as Ads Manager counts them

Spend, reach, frequency and cost per result by the optimization event, matching the “Results” column.

Audiences and targeting

Read ad set targeting, search interests, locations and languages, and work with custom and lookalike audiences.

Paused campaigns, ad sets and ads

Campaigns with the right objective, ad sets with a pixel event and image, carousel or video ads. All are created paused.

Pixel health

See the last pixel event and event volumes, and notice when the pixel goes silent.

Delivery problems explained

Ads in review, rejected ads and delivery errors, with Meta's own explanation.

Budgets with guardrails

Propose campaign and ad set budgets and statuses inside the daily cap you set for each client.

Ask about your Facebook ads in plain words

Answers come from your connected ad accounts, and changes come back as proposals.

Which ad sets have a cost per lead above $15 this month?
Is my Meta pixel still sending Lead events?
Why is the new Instagram ad not delivering?
Pause the ad set with the highest cost per lead and send it for my approval.
The ad set is identified and the change is prepared. Review it in AdAce Ads and approve when you are ready.

Who it is for

Local businesses

Salons, clinics, shops and services that advertise on Facebook and Instagram without a marketing team.

Owners leaving an agency

You want to see and control the account yourself, with history of every change.

Marketers and freelancers

You run several accounts and need fast checks for pixel, delivery and cost per result.

Agencies

You need approvals, client policies and shared reporting across Meta and Google.

How it works, step by step

  1. Create a free AdAce Ads workspace and connect Meta with the official Facebook sign-in.
  2. Choose the ad accounts to connect. Passwords are never shared and you need no developer app of your own.
  3. Open the dashboard or ask the assistant for results, cost per result, pixel status or delivery problems.
  4. Ask for a change. It becomes a proposal with before and after values and the reason.
  5. Approve it with a one-time code, or let a policy approve safe changes inside your limits.
  6. The change is applied and logged; reversible changes can be undone from the history.

Built to avoid expensive surprises

Honest numbers

Results use the same optimization event as Ads Manager, and the latest days are marked preliminary.

Instagram handled

AdAce Ads selects the Instagram account for new creatives, so ads do not fail silently at delivery.

Spending limits

A daily budget cap per client stops any proposal from raising spend beyond your limit.

Access limits

Some platforms, Meta included, limit access for new accounts while they review AdAce Ads; the current status of every platform is listed on the pricing page.

AdAce Ads compared with Ads Manager and an agency
