Google Ads management

Google Ads management with an AI assistant you control

AdAce Ads reads your Google Ads account, explains what works and what wastes money, and prepares every change as a proposal. You approve it with a one-time code or with limits you set. Nothing changes behind your back.

What Google Ads management means here

Google Ads management is the routine work that keeps campaigns profitable: checking results, trimming search terms that waste money, adjusting budgets and bids, testing ads and keeping tracking healthy. Done by hand it is a weekly chore; done by an agency it is a monthly invoice.

AdAce Ads is an AI ads manager for small businesses and agencies. It connects to your Google Ads account through the official sign-in, reads live data and answers questions with real numbers. When a change makes sense, it writes the change as a proposal with before and after values instead of editing the account directly.

The result is management you can follow: you see what was suggested, why, what it will change and what it changed afterwards.

What AdAce Ads does in your Google Ads account

Plain-language performance review

Spend, clicks, conversions and cost per result for campaigns, ad groups, ads and keywords over any completed period, compared with the previous one.

Wasted spend and search terms

Finds campaigns and queries that spend without conversions and proposes them as negative keywords.

Keyword ideas and quality

Keyword Planner ideas with monthly searches and bids, plus Quality Score and impression share to see where you lose traffic.

Campaigns created paused

Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and Display campaigns are built with ad groups and ads, and always start paused.

Budgets, bids and targeting

Propose changes to budgets, bid strategies, keyword bids, locations, languages and schedules.

Approval, history and undo

Every change waits for your code or your policy, is logged, and reversible changes can be undone in one step.

Ask the way you would ask a specialist

Questions are answered from your live account, and any change you ask for comes back as a proposal.

Which campaigns spent money last week without a single conversion?
Show search terms from the last 30 days that cost more than $20 and brought no leads.
How did cost per lead change compared with the previous month?
Raise the Brand campaign's daily budget by 10% and send it for my approval.
Here is what I found and the change I prepared. It is waiting for your approval in AdAce Ads.

Who it is for

Small business owners

You run Google Ads yourself and want a second pair of eyes without paying a retainer.

In-house marketers

You need quick answers from the account and clean reports without building them each week.

Freelancers and agencies

You manage several clients and need one place for results, approvals and history.

Teams that audit agencies

You want to see what was changed in your account and be able to reverse it.

How it works, step by step

  1. Create a free AdAce Ads workspace and sign in with the Google account that can see your ad accounts.
  2. Choose the Google Ads accounts to connect. Managers can pick client accounts under a manager (MCC) account.
  3. Ask a question or open the dashboard: results, wasted spend and anomalies are shown with the campaigns behind them.
  4. When a change is needed, the assistant creates a proposal with before and after values and the reason for it.
  5. Approve it with a one-time code from your authenticator app, or let a policy approve safe changes within your limits.
  6. AdAce Ads applies the change, checks the result and keeps it in the history, where reversible changes can be undone.

Why it is safe to use on a live account

Nothing runs on its own by default

Changes become proposals. You can allow automatic approval for safe, reversible changes, but only inside limits you choose.

Daily budget cap

Set a cap per client, so no proposal can push spend above the amount you decided.

A full audit trail

Who asked, what changed, when and from where is recorded and visible to everyone you invite.

Your account stays yours

AdAce Ads connects with Google's official sign-in. Disconnect any time and access is revoked.

AdAce Ads compared with doing it manually or hiring an agency

AdAce Ads does not replace strategy. It takes over the repetitive reading, checking and drafting, so the decisions stay with you or your specialist.

Questions and answers

What is Google Ads management?

It is the ongoing work of reviewing results, fixing wasted spend, adjusting budgets and bids, testing ads and keeping tracking correct. AdAce Ads helps with the analysis and the drafting of changes.

Does AdAce Ads change my campaigns without asking?

No. By default every change is a proposal that waits for your one-time code. Automatic approval works only if you enable it, and only inside the limits you set.

Can it find wasted spend in Google Ads?

Yes. It lists campaigns and search terms that cost money without conversions, with the amount at risk, and can prepare negative keywords from them.

Do I need a Google Ads developer token?

No. AdAce Ads connects to the Google Ads API with its own approved access; you only sign in with your Google account.

Can agencies manage several clients?

Yes. Each client has its own accounts, policies and history, and manager (MCC) accounts are supported. Shared client dashboards are part of the Pro and Max plans.

Is it a replacement for a Google Ads specialist?

No. It speeds up analysis and routine edits. Strategy, offers and creative decisions remain a human job, yours or your specialist's.
