Change proposals: every write starts as a reviewable plan

The platform has one path to an ad account: the proposal. Whoever wants a change — you, a teammate, the AI analyst, an agent or an MCP client — creates a proposal that people can read and judge.

What it does

A proposal records what will change (budget, status, targeting, keywords, bids, extensions and more), the current value, the new value, the reason and the origin: human, model or automation. It is checked immediately against the client's policy and limits and gets a digest — a fingerprint of exactly what the approver will see.

A proposal is valid for 60 minutes. If it is not approved in time, it expires, because account data may have changed. Approved proposals go to an isolated executor; everything is visible on the Approvals and Operations pages.

Why it helps

  • One consistent, auditable path for all changes.
  • AI and automation can help without being able to act alone.
  • Clear before/after makes approvals fast and confident.

How to set it up

  1. Open Campaigns and press “Propose a change” on a campaign.
  2. Pick the tab for the kind of change and fill in the new values.
  3. Add a reason and press “Submit for approval”.
  4. Follow the proposal on Approvals and the execution on Operations.

Good to know

  • Owners, admins and managers can propose; analysts are read-only.
  • Proposals from the AI analyst and MCP clients look the same, marked with their origin.
