Privacy and data handling

Ad account data belongs to you and your clients. AdAce Ads processes it only to provide the service, as described in the public privacy policy.

What it does

The service reads ad accounts, analytics and tracking data only through the permissions you grant, uses them to show reports, prepare and execute approved changes and power the AI features, and does not sell data or use it for its own advertising. Public dashboards, kits and AI clients receive only what you explicitly share or connect.

The privacy policy and terms of use are public and describe the actual behavior of the service. Meta's deauthorization and data deletion callbacks are implemented, so removing the app on Meta's side is honored.

Why it helps

  • Clear, published rules for data processing.
  • Meets platform requirements for Google and Meta apps.
  • Control over what leaves the service.

How to set it up

  1. Read the privacy policy and terms of use (links in the footer).
  2. Grant only the permissions you need when connecting.
  3. Disconnect platforms or delete data as described in the policy when you stop using the service.

Good to know

  • The legally binding version of the policy is the Ukrainian one; an English version is available.
  • Contact support using the address in the policy for data requests.
