AI analyst

AI ads analyst: ask about your Google and Facebook ads

The AI analyst is a chat inside the client's context. It sees the same data you do — performance, breakdowns, search terms, GA4, tracking audits — and answers with the tools it used listed next to the text.

What it does

You pick a client and start a conversation. For each answer the analyst calls tools — performance, comparisons, wasted spend, anomalies, search terms, GA4 and Search Console reports, tracking audit — up to 8 calls per answer. The tools and their arguments are saved as sources, so you can check where every number came from.

Conversations are kept per client and respect access rights: a manager assigned to one client never sees another client's chats. The analyst knows the client's accounts, currencies, time zones, data periods and write policy, but never raw secrets.

Why it helps

  • Answers in seconds instead of building reports by hand.
  • Verifiable: sources are shown with every answer.
  • Works for the whole team with the same permissions as the app.

How to set it up

  1. Open “AI analyst” in the menu.
  2. Choose the client and start a new conversation.
  3. Ask, for example: “Compare last week with the week before and explain what changed”.
  4. Open the sources under the answer to check the data.

Good to know

  • The analyst never approves or executes changes; it can only draft proposals.
  • Usage is limited by the workspace's AI spending limits.
