Multilingual ad copy with AI: English, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish
Many audiences in the US and Europe search and scroll in more than one language. This guide is for advertisers and agencies who need ad copy in English, Russian, Ukrainian and Spanish that fits Google and Meta limits, sounds native and goes straight into the ad form.
What it does
Multilingual campaigns fail at the copy more often than at the targeting. Google Ads does not translate your ads: if you target Spanish speakers, you need ads written in Spanish. A literal translation of an English headline usually causes two problems at once. The text runs over the limit, because Russian, Ukrainian and Spanish often need more characters for the same idea, and it reads like a translation, which native speakers notice at once. Mixing languages is a third trap: Russian and Ukrainian are separate languages with different words and letters, and a reader who sees the wrong one decides the ad is not for them.
Write each language as its own ad rather than a translation. Start from the facts of the offer: what the job or product is, the conditions that matter and how to get in touch. Then let each version find its own wording within the platform limits. Keep the terms people actually search for; in some niches they stay in English even inside Russian or Spanish text, like CDL for truck drivers. Send the click to a page in the same language, for example with a ?lang= parameter. Follow the editorial rules in every language: Google does not allow an exclamation mark in a headline, and gimmicky capitals or repeated punctuation lead to disapprovals.
AI makes drafting fast, but a person must own the claims. Pay amounts, schedules, benefits, requirements and guarantees must come from the client, not from a model that fills gaps with plausible numbers. Ask a native speaker to read each language before launch, check that the tone matches the brand, and keep a short glossary so the same thing has the same name across all ads. Treat ready-made templates the same way: they are a starting point that saves an hour of blank-page work, not an approved text.
In AdAce Ads the new-ad form has two helpers. The EN, RU, UK and ES buttons next to “Texts from template” fill the form with ready texts from the “Truck driver hiring (USA)” niche template, written within platform limits. “Text assistant (AI)” writes fresh variants: you choose the text language (English, Russian, Ukrainian or Spanish) and how many variants you want, describe what you offer and, optionally, who it is for. For Google search ads it writes headlines up to 30 characters and descriptions up to 90; for Meta, primary text up to 125, a headline up to 40 and a description up to 30. The niche option adds rules such as no invented pay amounts and no exclamation marks in Google headlines.
The server checks every variant against the limits and drops the ones that are too long, telling you how many were dropped; if none fits, it suggests describing the offer more briefly. Each remaining field shows its length next to the limit. For Google you can insert the headlines and descriptions into the form in one click; for Meta you pick a variant and insert it. The assistant publishes nothing by itself: you review the form and create the ad as usual, and AI requests are counted against the workspace AI limit.
Why it helps
- Native-sounding drafts in four languages from one description of the offer.
- No time lost on variants that do not fit the character limits.
- Niche rules keep invented pay amounts out of the copy.
- Texts land directly in the ad form, not in a separate document.
How to set it up
- Open the new-ad form for a Google search ad or a Meta ad.
- For a quick start press EN, RU, UK or ES next to “Texts from template”, or open “Text assistant (AI)”.
- Choose the text language and the number of variants, then describe the offer and the audience.
- Keep the niche option on for driver jobs and press “Suggest texts”.
- Read the variants as a native speaker would, insert them with “Insert into the form” (for Google, “Insert headlines and descriptions into the form”) and edit what you need.
Good to know
- Template texts are a draft: check every promise, such as pay, home time and requirements, with the client.
- The niche option is built for driver jobs; in other niches leave it off and check claims especially carefully.
- AI requests count toward the workspace AI limit.
