Connection health check: see what the service can access now
Connections break silently: a token expires, someone removes access, an API gets disabled. The health check tells you exactly what the service can see right now.
What it does
“Check now” on Overview and Integrations runs the same path real work uses: it refreshes the token and asks the provider what is available. The result shows how many ad accounts, GA4 properties and Search Console sites are visible, which previously connected accounts dropped out of access, when the token expires and any warnings such as a disabled API or rate limits.
A revoked connection is marked “re-authentication required”, so you know to sign in again before reports go stale. Each check is written to the audit log.
Why it helps
- Catch broken access before a client report shows gaps.
- Know which account disappeared and why, without guesswork.
- One button instead of checking each platform manually.
How to set it up
- Open Overview (Connection status panel) or Integrations.
- Press “Check now” on the connection.
- Review visible accounts, lost accounts and warnings.
- If re-authentication is required, reconnect from the same card.
Good to know
- A connection can be checked at most once every 30 seconds.
- Only owners and admins can run checks.
