Getting started

Import ad accounts and campaigns in a few clicks

After connecting Google or Meta you choose the accounts you manage and import their campaigns. Import reads the structure — campaigns, ad groups or ad sets and ads — and does not touch your advertising.

What it does

The import dialog lists every ad account the connection can see. You tick the ones you need, attach them to a client and pick campaigns. Large accounts are loaded page by page, so hundreds of campaigns import reliably.

Once imported, campaigns get daily performance collection, structure refresh and appear in Analytics, the AI analyst and MCP tools. New campaigns created in the ad platform later can be imported the same way.

Why it helps

  • You decide exactly which accounts and campaigns the service works with.
  • Import is read-only, so it is safe to try on production accounts.
  • Performance history starts collecting immediately after import.
  • Structure stays fresh with scheduled refreshes.

How to set it up

  1. Open Integrations and connect Google or Meta if you have not yet.
  2. Press “Connect an ad account”, choose the accounts and the client they belong to.
  3. Select campaigns in the list and press “Import”.
  4. Check the Campaigns page — imported campaigns appear with their status and budget.

Good to know

  • Import requires only the provider's confirmation; the service never asks for platform passwords.
  • Campaigns not imported are not read or changed.
