Getting started

Built-in help center and support assistant

The Help page in the menu answers the questions people ask in their first weeks: from connecting ads to approvals, agents and MCP. Each topic has a button that takes you straight to the right page.

What it does

Help is organized by topic: getting started, connecting ads, analytics and search terms, tracking (audit, GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console), proposals and approvals, write policy and safety, agents and monitors, the AI analyst, Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor via MCP, team, reports and dashboards, and frequent questions.

A search box filters topics as you type. A support assistant can answer questions about the product itself; it uses only product documentation and never sees your clients' data.

Why it helps

  • Answers without leaving the app or waiting for support.
  • Buttons in articles save clicks and reduce mistakes.
  • The support assistant cannot access client data — safe to ask anything.

How to set it up

  1. Open Help in the main menu.
  2. Type a keyword in the search box or pick a topic.
  3. Use the action button inside a topic to jump to the relevant page.
  4. Ask the support assistant if you need a specific explanation.

Good to know

  • Help contains product text only; it does not display any of your data.
  • Detailed articles about every feature are also available on this website.
