Clients: organize accounts, policies and people per client
A client is the unit your agency works with: a brand or a business. Ad accounts, GA4 properties, Search Console sites, limits, write policy and team assignments all attach to a client.
What it does
On the Clients page you create a client with a name and, optionally, a target cost per result. Then you import ad accounts and campaigns into it, connect analytics and choose how changes are handled: observe, propose or apply automatically within limits.
Team members can be assigned to specific clients. Managers and analysts see only their assigned clients, while owners and admins see everything. The AI analyst and MCP tools also work within the client context you choose.
Why it helps
- Each brand gets its own numbers, rules and history — no mixing between clients.
- Access is granted per client, which is how agencies actually work.
- Policies and limits are tuned to each client's budget and risk tolerance.
- Reports, dashboards and AI answers are scoped to one client at a time.
How to set it up
- Open Clients and press “New client”.
- Enter the client's name; add a target cost per result if you track one.
- Import the client's ad accounts on the Integrations page and assign them to this client.
- Open the client's policy to pick observe, propose or auto and set limits.
- Assign teammates to the client on the Team page.
Good to know
- A client can hold accounts from several platforms — Google, Meta and more.
- Removing a person from a client immediately removes their access to its data.
