Google Ads dashboard for clients: a shared live link, no sign-in

Clients want to see results without learning another tool. A shared dashboard is a private link to live numbers that you control completely.

What it does

An owner or admin creates a link for a client — all accounts or selected ones — with a default range and allowed ranges of 7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days, optional hiding of spend and campaigns, a name and an expiry of up to 365 days. Anyone with the link sees totals and trends without signing in.

The token is shown once and stored only as a hash. The page shows only that client's selected accounts, marks preliminary days, is not indexed by search engines and uses no third-party resources. Revoking the link works instantly; revoked and expired links reveal nothing.

Why it helps

  • Transparency that builds client trust.
  • No client logins to manage.
  • Full control over what is visible and for how long.

How to set it up

  1. Open “Dashboards & experts”.
  2. Create a link: choose the client, accounts, ranges, visibility and expiry.
  3. Copy the link immediately and send it to the client.
  4. Revoke it whenever access should end.

Good to know

  • Hidden fields are not sent at all, not just hidden on the page.
  • Views are counted so you know whether the client uses the dashboard.
