Analytics & reporting
Google Ads and Facebook ads client reports in HTML and CSV
Reporting to clients should take minutes, not an afternoon. A client report is a frozen snapshot of the period that you can print, send or download.
What it does
The report includes totals, comparison with the previous period, the ten campaigns with the highest spend, the ads with the most spend with creatives and results, a breakdown by platform, data completeness and caveats.
It is saved as a snapshot, so the same report shows the same numbers a month later even if the platform recalculates. Reports can be created on demand or by a scheduled automation for the last 30 days.
Why it helps
- Consistent, professional reports for every client.
- Snapshots protect you from “the numbers changed since you sent it”.
- CSV for further analysis, HTML for printing or PDF.
How to set it up
- Open Analytics for the client and the “Client report” tab.
- Pick the period (up to 31 days).
- Open the report and download HTML or CSV.
- Set up the client report automation to get it regularly.
Good to know
- Owners, admins and managers create reports; everyone with access to the client can read them.
- Reports keep caveats about preliminary days and non-comparable conversions.
