Automations, agents & monitors

Scheduled automations: sync, anomalies, pacing, connections, reports

Routine checks should not depend on someone remembering them. Automations run them on a schedule for each client and report back in the app.

What it does

Five tasks are available: analytics sync (reload the last days of data), anomaly check (look for anomalies on the latest final day and react by the rules), pace check (month's spend against the client's budget target), connection check (flag accounts that lost access) and client report (build a report for the last days).

Each task runs at a set time in the client's time zone and keeps its time across daylight saving changes. Jobs are durable: a crashed run is picked up again, duplicates are prevented, failures retry with backoff and finally notify owners and admins. You can run any task manually and cancel or retry jobs.

Why it helps

  • Daily hygiene without manual effort.
  • Reliable execution with retries and a visible job log.
  • Notifications grouped so they do not flood your inbox.

How to set it up

  1. Open Automations and choose a client.
  2. Enable the tasks you need and set their times.
  3. Set the budget target and reaction limits if you use pacing and anomaly reactions.
  4. Watch the job log; run a task manually when needed.

Good to know

  • Automations have no own path to ad accounts: any change goes through proposals, limits and policy.
  • Notifications appear in the app's notification bell; you can mute events for yourself in Settings.
