Ad Ops agents: a five-step wizard

Agents are your routines turned into software: they check accounts on a schedule by clear rules and prepare proposals with a rationale and expected impact.

What it does

The wizard has five steps. Instructions: start from a template or from scratch, in plain language. Scope: the client's connected Google and Meta accounts, included or excluded campaigns and protected campaigns. Decision rules: “when signal and condition, then action” over a catalog of signals such as spend spike, CPA rise, waste, winners, creative fatigue, tracking gaps or non-delivery.

Guardrails: maximum budget change, proposals per run, reversible only, whether moving money is allowed, quiet hours, a daily cap and minimum data days. Review shows labels such as “Reversible” or “Moves money”, a summary of rules and an estimate of calls per week before you activate.

Why it helps

  • Codify your best practices once, apply them to every client.
  • Transparent rules instead of a black box.
  • Agents are always bound by the client's policy and limits.

How to set it up

  1. Open Agents and press to create an agent for a client.
  2. Choose a template or start from scratch and write instructions.
  3. Set scope, rules and guardrails.
  4. Review and activate; watch proposals in the agent inbox.

Good to know

  • Up to 20 active agents per client.
  • Agents read only data already collected by the service; they add no extra calls to the ad platforms.
