Google Ads Quality Score: each keyword's components
Quality Score affects how much you pay per click. This report shows the score and the three components Google uses, so you know what to fix.
What it does
For each keyword with data, the report shows Quality Score from 1 to 10 and its components — expected CTR, ad relevance and landing page experience — rated below average, average or above average. Spend and conversions of the keyword are shown alongside.
The list is sorted by spend, up to 1,000 keywords, and can be filtered to one campaign. It is read live from Google Ads.
Why it helps
- Find expensive keywords with low quality first.
- Know whether to fix ads, landing pages or relevance.
- Lower cost per click over time.
How to set it up
- Open Analytics and a Google Ads account.
- Open “Impression share, quality, assets” and switch to keyword quality.
- Filter to a campaign if needed and sort by spend.
- Pause or rework keywords with low scores and high spend.
Good to know
- Google shows Quality Score only for keywords with enough impressions.
- Owners and admins can open live reports.
