Manage Google keywords: pause and enable in bulk
Keyword hygiene is daily work. AdAce Ads reads an ad group's keywords straight from Google Ads and lets you pause or enable many of them in one reviewed change.
What it does
The keyword editor loads the ad group live: each keyword's match type, status, own and effective CPC bid, Quality Score and serving state, plus the ad group bid and the campaign's bidding strategy. You change statuses (and bids, if needed) and the proposal contains only what you changed.
The executor reads the ad group again before writing and writes nothing if a keyword no longer shows the approved “before” value. All changes are written in one atomic request and read back. Deleting keywords is deliberately not offered: it cannot be undone, and a paused keyword does not show either.
Why it helps
- Clean up underperforming keywords in bulk.
- Decisions based on live data, not yesterday's export.
- Undo restores previous statuses in one click.
How to set it up
- Open Campaigns, choose a Search campaign and press “Propose a change”.
- Open the “Keywords” tab and pick an ad group.
- Pause or enable keywords; review the summary of changes.
- Submit for approval and check the result on Operations.
Good to know
- Keyword changes always require human approval, even under the auto policy.
- New keywords are added in Google Ads; negative keywords can be added from AdAce Ads.
