Analytics & reporting

Daily performance of campaigns, ad groups and ads

The Analytics page shows how every imported campaign performs day by day. Numbers come from the ad platforms and are stored per day, so any period can be analyzed without waiting for a new export.

What it does

Each night the analytics worker collects impressions, clicks, spend, conversions and conversion value per campaign, ad group or ad set and ad. Derived metrics — CTR, CPC, cost per conversion — are calculated from the stored rows.

The numbers stay honest: when a denominator is zero, the metric is shown as missing, not as zero; when some days are unknown, the total is marked partial; days that the platform may still recalculate are marked preliminary.

Why it helps

  • One table for Google, Meta and other platforms with the same definitions.
  • Pick any date range instantly — the history is already stored.
  • No false precision: missing and preliminary data are labeled.

How to set it up

  1. Import campaigns for a client.
  2. Open Analytics and pick the client, account and date range.
  3. Sort by spend or results; expand a campaign to see its ad groups and ads.
  4. Use the refresh button if you need today's data before the nightly run.

Good to know

  • Preliminary windows: Meta up to 28 days, Google 3 days.
  • Time zones of accounts are respected; mixed time zones are flagged in summaries.
