Multi-currency totals with dated exchange rates
An agency client may run Google in euros and Meta in dollars. AdAce Ads never adds different currencies as if they were one: it converts them with dated official rates or leaves the total empty.
What it does
Exchange rates are loaded daily from the National Bank of Ukraine's official feed, with history for comparisons with last year. Each day of spend is converted with that day's rate. The target currency is the one you choose or the currency used by most of the client's accounts.
If a rate is missing for even one day, the converted total is not shown, and the missing dates are listed. Accounts in a single currency are never converted.
Why it helps
- Correct totals for international clients.
- Transparent method: “converted at the official rate for each day”.
- No approximations hidden in reports.
How to set it up
- Open the client overview.
- If accounts use different currencies, pick the display currency.
- Read the converted total marked with ≈ and the method note.
Good to know
- Rates are refreshed daily; a network failure leaves a day without a rate until the next run.
- Printed client reports include the conversion method line.
